Fix: TeamViewer Stuck on Initializing Display Parameters

- A process is conflicting with TeamViewer – BGInfo (a process belonging to SysInternals) is known to trigger the “Initiating Display Parameters” hang by conflicting with the TW app. As it turns out, this occurs because both applications will request access to some settings related to the wallpaper. In this case, disabling the conflicting process should resolve the issue.
- Host PC is in standby mode – Another possible reason why this issue occurs is that the host pc is currently in standby mode with the screen turned off. This is known to produce this particular error with even the newest TW builds. In this case, adjusting the Power settings on the host PC to ensure that the screen doesn’t get turned off again should resolve the issue.

Method 1: Update Teamviewer on both sides

Method 3: Reinstalling Teamviewer with Unattended Remote Access
One other possible reason why TeamViewer remains stuck with the “Initiating display parameters” error is that the client is only configured to allow connections when someone is logged in. If this scenario is applicable, you will be able to fix it by uninstalling TeamViewer and deleting one particular Registry Key. Then, after reinstalling the latest version of Teamviewer with Unattended Remote access, you should no longer encounter this particular issue.
Here’s a quick guide on how to do this:
- Press Windows key + R to open up a Run dialog box. Then, type “appwiz.cpl” and press Enter to open up Programs and Features.

- Inside the Registry Editor, use the left panel to navigate to the following location:
HKEY_Local_Machine > Software > Wow6432Node > TeamViewer
Note: This step should be done from the host PC. The one that you connect remotely too.If you’re still encountering the same error message, move down to the next method below.
Method 4: Making sure that the computer is configured for remote control
Some users have been able to resolve the issue after discovering that their computer was not configured to allow a remote connection. After configuring their Windows version to allow remote connections, they reported that the “Initiating display parameters” error is no longer occurring.
Here’s a quick guide on how to ensure that Remote Control is enabled on your machine:

Press Windows key + R to open up a Run dialog box. Then, type “sysdm.cpl” and press Enter to open up the System Properties screen.
If the same error message is still occurring, move down to the next method below.
Method 5: Disabling conflicting process
As it turns out, this particular issue can also be caused by a case of conflicting processes. While there might be other conflicting processes, BGInfo (belonging to SysInternals is known to trigger the “Initiating Display Parameters” error if a connection is initiated with TeamViewer while the process is active.
This is mostly reported to occur if the BGInfo process is tasked with updating a dynamic wallpaper each time the user logs in. Because TeamViewer will also attempt to modify the settings as well, a conflict will be created in which the remote access application will hang.
If this particular case is applicable, the only viable fix that is known to resolve the issue is to disable the BGInfo process.
To do this, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open up Task Manager. Once you’re inside Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, right-click on the BGInfo process and choose End Task.
With the process ended, reinitiate the TeamViewer connection and see if you’re still encountering the same error message. If you’re still encountering the same error message, move down to the next method below.
Method 6: Disabling Standby mode from Power Settings
Another possible reason why you’re seeing the “Initiating Display Parameters” error when trying to initiate a TeamViewer connection between two computers is that the application is unable to wake the host system from standby mode.
This is a long-standing issue with TeamViewer, as we were able to discover plenty of user reports where the remote service is unable to initialize the display in instances where the host system is in standby.
If this scenario is applicable, you will be able to resolve the issue by ensuring that you keep the host system awake at all times by preventing it to enter in standby mode (so the display never gets turned off).

Method 7: Connecting via Server ID
There is one workaround that a lot of users encountering the “Initiating Display Parameters” error during a connection attempt have successfully used to avoid the issue. It involves using the TeamViewer server ID (instead of the TeamViewer user ID) to connect remotely.
This workaround is extremely simple as long as you know where to find the server ID. Here’s a quick guide on connecting via the Server ID:
- From the host machine, open TeamViewer and go to the Help tab using the ribbon at the top. Then, click on About TeamViewer.
- Inside the newly opened About TeamViewer menu, copy the TeamViewer server ID and send it over to the person operating the machine that is trying to connect remotely.
- On the machine that is attempting to connect remotely, instead of using the default User ID, use the Server ID that you previously fetched at step 2.
You should now be able to connect successfully without encountering the “Initiating Display Parameters” error.

Прежде чем начать использоваться TeamViewer его естественно нужно скачать и скачать программу необходимо именно с официального сайта , поясню почему.
TeamViewer, безусловно, платная программа и когда об этом слышат люди, некоторые из них пытаются найти кряки, скачать её с торрентов и прочие. Не стоит этого делать , Вы рискуете загрузить на свой ПК вирус, троян и прочие вредоносное ПО!
TeamViewer, можно использовать бесплатно , только в том случаи, если программа используется в некоммерческих целях. То есть – это то, что нам и нужно, мы же не собираемся удалённо обслуживать сервера или администрировать компьютеры какой-нибудь фирмы, правильно?
Вот некоторые действия, которые не стоит делать, если вы используете программу в некоммерческих целях:
1) Подключаться к офисному/рабочему ПК из дома.
2) Подключаться с рабочего ПК к домашнему компьютеру.
В принципе это все! Не стоит этого делать, так как, если программа сочтёт, что её используют в коммерческих целях, то будут наложены существенные ограничения в её использовании!
После загрузки программы с официального сайта «teamviewer.com/ru/» запустите скачанный файл. Появится окно:
В данном окне нужно отметить пункт « Личное/некоммерческое использование » и нажмите кнопку « Принять – завершить » Теперь осталось дождаться окончание установки.
Как только установка программы будет завершена, кстати говоря, ждать долго не придётся, появится окно с краткими подсказками.
Проигнорируйте это окно, так как, об этом пойдёт речь ниже и подробнее. Нажмите кнопку «Закрыть» в нижнем правом углу. Теперь запустится сам TeamViewer и он уже готов к работе.
Как настроить TeamViewer и как его использовать!
После запуска программы Вы сразу можете подключиться к удалённому компьютеру, (естественно, если на нём так же установлен TeamViewer) Для подключения Вам нужно узнать у владельца ПК уникальный номер его компьютера «ID» и пароль.
Узнать данные для подключения просто, id и пароль находятся в левой части главного окна программы.
Соответственно , если Вам нужно что бы кто-то подключился к вашему ПК, то тогда уже Вы должны сообщить партнёру свой ID и пароль.
Если Вы хотите использовать TeamViewer для подключения к своему домашнему ПК, то для этого нужно использовать «личный пароль» о нём будет отдельный разговор ниже.
В данном случае мы будем рассматривать вариант, когда именно Вам нужно подключиться к другому компьютеру, например к другу.
Когда Вам будет известен ID и пароль удалённой машины, введите ID в поле «ID партнёра»
Нажмите кнопку «Подключится к партнёру» теперь через несколько секунд появится окно для ввода пароля.
Введите в него ранее полученный пароль и нажмите кнопку «Вход в систему» и попадёте на удалённый компьютер.
Как можно заметить на скриншоте, я подключился к компьютеру с Windows XP.
Что мы можем делать с удалённым компьютером ?
Абсолютно все, что и со своим компьютером. Если нет, не каких ограничений со стороны удалённого компьютера . О некоторых возможностях и настройках поговорим подробнее.
Как Вы могли уже заметить на удалённой машине нет обоев рабочего стола – это произошло вследствие подключения, так как по умолчанию TeamViewer отключает обои, но настройки можно изменить и обои будут отображаться как прежде.
Что бы отобрази обои, выберете в меню сверху пункт «Просмотр»
В списке внизу кликните по «Скрыть обои» теперь на удалённой машине будут отображаться обои.
Что касается других интересных настроек TeamViewer , то тут стоит отметить, то что, при работе с удалённым компьютером его можно перезагрузить и продолжить работу с ним дальше.
Весьма полезная возможность. Мы все знаем, что при настройке ПК иногда требуется его перезагрузка. Например, Вы внесли изменения в утилите «msconfig» теперь Вы можете удалённо перезагрузить компьютер и продолжить его настройку дальше.
Для перезагрузки выберете в верхнем меню вкладку «Действия »
Теперь удалённый компьютер начнёт перезагружаться. Вам будет предложено выбрать одно из двух действий.
Нажмите кнопку, «Дождаться партнёра» Теперь Вам остаётся только ждать когда удалённый компьютер перезагрузиться и на нём запустится TeamViewer. На Вашем ПК появится следующие окно:
Нажмите кнопку «Переподключиться » и Вы вновь соединитесь с удалённым компьютером, но уже без ввода пароля.
Помимо обычной перезагрузки , Вы можете перезагрузить компьютер в безопасный режим. Для этого нужно выполнить все те же действия, только за место «Перезагрузка» выбрать «».
В этом случаи у Вас будет доступ к ПК в безопасном режиме.
При необходимости с этой же вкладке, можно использовать такие возможности как:
Блокировка средства ввода удалённой машины: в этом случаи владелиц удалённого ПК лишится возможности выполнять, какие либо действия на своём же компьютером. Компьютер будет полностью блокирован для владельца. Вы же можете делать все что угодно, а хозяину ПК останется только наблюдать за Вашими действиями.
Включить блокировку компьютера : Пригодится, например, в том случаи, если Вы подключаетесь к своему домашнему ПК. И при завершении работы с ним предпочитаете совершать выход из системы, что бы под вашей учетной записью некто не пользовался компьютером.
Запуска диспетчера задач : С этой же вкладки можно отправить запрос на запуск диспетчера задач, а так же активировать возможность передавать сочетания клавиш на удалённую машину.
Передача файлов в TeamViewer
Такую возможность, как передача файлов, нельзя упускать из виду и поэтому я решил написать вкратце об этой важной возможности. Открыть окно для передачи файлов можно с верхней панели, вкладка «передача файлов »
В левой части окна находятся файлы, которые имеются на локальном компьютере, то есть на Вашем ПК. С правой стороны диалог удалённой машины.
Вы можете, как передавать файлы на удалённый ПК, так и забирать их оттуда. Осуществлять передачу или приём файлом можно кнопками вверху «Отправить или Получить» а так же можно просто перетащить файл мышкой и все!
В режиме передачи файлов, владельцу ПК доступен лог действий, и его вит такой:
Как видно со скриншота, в логе можно видеть все, что происходит в режиме передачи файлов. Что, откуда и куда передаётся, какие каталоги просматривает подключённый к ПК человек.
Что касается передачи файлов, то добавить больше нечего, тут и так все ясно и прозрачно!
Подключение к домашнему ПК через TeamViewer.
В прочем, что казалось бы тут сложного? Нужно то, запустить программу и уйти по делам, а при необходимости подключится к своему ПК, откуда угодно!
Безусловно, можно делать и так, но в этом случаи придётся постоянно запускать TeamViewer и запоминать пароль.
Удобнее будет настроить TeamViewer . А именно настроить постоянный пароль для доступа к домашнему компьютеру. Таким образом, не нужно будет запоминать четырёхзначный пароль и к тому же после настройки в TeamViewer постоянного пароля, программа будет сворачиваться в системный треей «К часикам»
Выберете в меню главного окна программы «Подключение – настроить неконтролируемый доступ » откроется мастер настройки.
При желании Вы можете ознакомиться с описанием, а после нажмите кнопку «Далее»
На этом этапе заполните все поля, поле имя компьютера можете оставить как есть, я изменил на «Name» и в поле пароль укажите надёжный пароль не меньше 6-ти знаков.
Пока нам не нужно негде регистрироваться, об этом я напишу отдельный пост, подпишитесь на , чтобы не пропустить, а сейчас просто поставьте отметку «Я не хочу создавать учетную запись…» и кнопку «Далее»
На завершающем этапе настройки постоянного пароля запомните свой уникальный ID и, конечно же, пароль.
После выше описанных настроек TeamViewer не будет выключаться при нажатии на крестик, а просто свернётся в трее в ожидании подключения.
Не путайте постоянный пароль с тем, который генерируется автоматически.
Постоянный пароль не кому не когда не сообщайте, это тоже самое, что и пароль от электронной почты или аккаунта где-нибудь в Яндекс.Деньгах. используйте этот пароль, только тогда, когда Вам нужно подключится к своему ПК, а если хотите впустить другого человека в гости, сообщайте ему пароль, который генерирует сама программа, а после завершения сеанса генерируйте новый.
Теперь вы можете подключаться к своему ПК со своим уникальным паролем, единственное, что нужно запомнить – это сой ID.

TeamViewer — пакет программного обеспечения для удалённого контроля компьютеров,

Существуют версии для Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS и Android.
Внимание!
64 битная версия программы TeamViewer не работает.
Будут неразрешенные зависимости. Которые нет возможности установить.
Поэтому на 64 битную Ubuntu ставим 32 битную версию TeamViewer.
Если у Вас Ubuntu 14.04 64 битная, то нужно перед установкой программы TeamViewer установить данную зависимость:sudo apt-get install libxtst6:i386 libxrandr2:i386
Для Ubuntu можно загрузить с официального сайта deb пакет, скачать его, кликнуть по нему и установить через Центр приложений в Ubuntu .
Либо открыв терминал и выполнить следующие команды:
Переходим в папку tmp:
cd /tmp
Теперь скачиваем в неё 32 битную версию (также работает на 64 бит):
wget http://download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_linux.deb
Ну и теперь устанавливаем программу:
sudo dpkg -i teamviewer_linux*.deb
Вот и всё.
Если возникнут проблемы с зависимостями, то выполните следующую команду в терминале:
sudo apt-get install -f
Программа установится, и можно теперь открыть её из главного меню Dash.
После первого открытия вам нужно принять лицензию:
После чего откроется основное:
Слева будут заданы Ваш ID и Пароль.
Пароль можно изменить, задав свой.
Чтобы подключиться к удаленному компьютеру введите ID компьютера к которому хотите подключиться, есть тестовый сеанс, для того чтобы к нему подключиться введите ID — 12345.
Пройдемся по основным настройкам:
Заходим в Дополнительно — Опции.
На вкладке «Основное» можно изменить Прокси, если у Вас соединение устанавливается через прокси сервер.
Также можно разрешить Входящие соединения в локальной сети.
И вторая по важности вкладка «Удаленное управление». Здесь можно либо задать качество. Если у Вас медленное соединение Интернет, то выбирайте «Оптимизировать скорость», либо методом проб введите «пользовательские настройки».
Также можете пройтись по остальным настройкам и настроить на свое усмотрение.
Достаточно важное замечание:
TeamViewer бесплатна для личного использования.
Для коммерческого использования требуется купить полную версию
продукта. В полной версии отсутствует всплывающее при каждом соединении
окно, возможен запуск на серверных операционных системах, возможна
настройка клиентских модулей (логотип компании и индивидуальное
приветствие)
Почему советую именно эту программу использовать в домашних условиях, потому что бесплатна и проста в использовании.
Особенно, если ваш оппонент не особо разбирается в компьютерах, то без проблем сможет установить её (из личного опыта), а вы сможете подключиться к его девайсу и помочь ему.
TeamViewer stuck on Initializing Display
One of the popular tools that allow a user to offer or obtain remote assistance on a computer is the TeamViewer. It is available on all the major computer and mobile platforms which makes it a lot useful to every kind of user, even on the go. If you are one of the users who frequently use TeamViewer, then you must be familiar with this one sentence that states, “Initializing display parameters”. In common cases, this sentence will appear for a second and load the other user’s screen. However, some users reported that TeamViewer gets stuck on that stage and did not move ahead even a bit. If you experience the same problem, read on as this post will guide you in fixing this issue with TeamViewer on your Windows 10 computer.
At the time of writing, the cause of this issue is still unclear. It could be due to the quality of internet connection, conflicts in process, misconfiguration of Remote Access, and many more. To fix this issue, you can try to update TeamViewer for both the users or have it reinstalled with Unattended Remote Access, or reconfigure the Remote Access. You can also try to kill any conflicting processes or optimize your internet connection. For more details, refer to the given options below.
Option 1 – Reboot your router
The first thing you can try to do to fix the error is to simply restart your router. All you need to do is reboot the router from its Admin panel or you can also turn it off manually and turn it back on after a couple of seconds so that it can completely reboot. Once you’re done, try accessing your server again and see if the error is now fixed.
Option 2 – Try to update TeamViewer on both users’ end
You might have to update the TeamViewer on both ends and to do that, you need to start the TeamViewer installer again. Once it is installed, run the program and click on the Help option in the Menu ribbon and then select the “Check for updates…” option. If an update is found, you will be notified within a couple of seconds through a pop-up mini window. From there, click on Update and then follow the next onscreen instructions that appear and choose your TeamViewer version to update.
Option 3 – Try reinstalling TeamViewer via the Unattended Remote Access
If the first two given options didn’t work, you might have to reinstall TeamViewer from the Windows 10 Settings app or Control Panel.
- Tap the Win + R keys to launch the Run utility and type “regedit” in the field and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.
- Here, navigate to this registry key: Computer HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE SOFTWARE Wow6432Node TeamViewer
- Next, look for the TeamViewer key and right-click on it, and select Delete.
- After that, restart your PC to apply the changes made and then start TeamViewer again, and then click on Connection > Open Management Console.
- Then sign in or sign up to get registered and select the Add new device radio button under Add > Add computer located on the top-right corner and then select the Download now option.
- Now follow the next onscreen instructions that appear to complete the installation and then check if it fixes the problem or not.
Option 4 – Try reconfiguring the Remote Access
You can also try to reconfigure Remote Access in case there is some misconfiguration that might have caused the problem with TeamViewer.
- On your Desktop, right-click on This PC and click on Properties.
- Next, go to the left side of the navigation panel and click on Remote Settings.
- From there, make sure that the “Allow Remote Assistance Connections to this computer” checkbox is checked under the Remote Assistance section.
- Once done, click on the Advanced button. This will open a new mini window where you’ll have to check the “Allow this computer to be controlled remotely” option under the Remote Control section.
- Then click on OK and see if it fixed the problem.
Option 5 – Try to kill any conflicting processes
- Tap the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key combination to open the Task Manager.
- Then navigate to the Processes tab and right-click on the BGInfo process.
- Now select the End Task option to kill its process and then start TeamViewer again and check if the problem is resolved.
Option 6 – Try to optimize the quality of connection
You need to take care of two things under this option – first, you have to disable the loading of the Wallpaper of the computer which is the one that you’re trying to access remotely. To do that, you have to select the Extras menu from the menu ribbon and then select Options. And under the Remote Control section, check the “Remove remote wallpaper” option. The next thing you have to do is to optimize the quality for the speed by selecting the “Optimize Speed” for the menu of Quality still under the Remote Control section.

Помимо обычной перезагрузки , Вы можете перезагрузить компьютер в безопасный режим. Для этого нужно выполнить все те же действия, только за место «Перезагрузка» выбрать «».
В этом случаи у Вас будет доступ к ПК в безопасном режиме.
При необходимости с этой же вкладке, можно использовать такие возможности как:
Блокировка средства ввода удалённой машины: в этом случаи владелиц удалённого ПК лишится возможности выполнять, какие либо действия на своём же компьютером. Компьютер будет полностью блокирован для владельца. Вы же можете делать все что угодно, а хозяину ПК останется только наблюдать за Вашими действиями.
Включить блокировку компьютера : Пригодится, например, в том случаи, если Вы подключаетесь к своему домашнему ПК. И при завершении работы с ним предпочитаете совершать выход из системы, что бы под вашей учетной записью некто не пользовался компьютером.
Запуска диспетчера задач : С этой же вкладки можно отправить запрос на запуск диспетчера задач, а так же активировать возможность передавать сочетания клавиш на удалённую машину.
Передача файлов в TeamViewer
Такую возможность, как передача файлов, нельзя упускать из виду и поэтому я решил написать вкратце об этой важной возможности. Открыть окно для передачи файлов можно с верхней панели, вкладка «передача файлов »
В левой части окна находятся файлы, которые имеются на локальном компьютере, то есть на Вашем ПК. С правой стороны диалог удалённой машины.
Вы можете, как передавать файлы на удалённый ПК, так и забирать их оттуда. Осуществлять передачу или приём файлом можно кнопками вверху «Отправить или Получить» а так же можно просто перетащить файл мышкой и все!
В режиме передачи файлов, владельцу ПК доступен лог действий, и его вит такой:
Как видно со скриншота, в логе можно видеть все, что происходит в режиме передачи файлов. Что, откуда и куда передаётся, какие каталоги просматривает подключённый к ПК человек.
Что касается передачи файлов, то добавить больше нечего, тут и так все ясно и прозрачно!
Подключение к домашнему ПК через TeamViewer.
В прочем, что казалось бы тут сложного? Нужно то, запустить программу и уйти по делам, а при необходимости подключится к своему ПК, откуда угодно!
Безусловно, можно делать и так, но в этом случаи придётся постоянно запускать TeamViewer и запоминать пароль.
Удобнее будет настроить TeamViewer . А именно настроить постоянный пароль для доступа к домашнему компьютеру. Таким образом, не нужно будет запоминать четырёхзначный пароль и к тому же после настройки в TeamViewer постоянного пароля, программа будет сворачиваться в системный треей «К часикам»
Выберете в меню главного окна программы «Подключение – настроить неконтролируемый доступ » откроется мастер настройки.
При желании Вы можете ознакомиться с описанием, а после нажмите кнопку «Далее»
На этом этапе заполните все поля, поле имя компьютера можете оставить как есть, я изменил на «Name» и в поле пароль укажите надёжный пароль не меньше 6-ти знаков.
Пока нам не нужно негде регистрироваться, об этом я напишу отдельный пост, подпишитесь на , чтобы не пропустить, а сейчас просто поставьте отметку «Я не хочу создавать учетную запись…» и кнопку «Далее»
На завершающем этапе настройки постоянного пароля запомните свой уникальный ID и, конечно же, пароль.
После выше описанных настроек TeamViewer не будет выключаться при нажатии на крестик, а просто свернётся в трее в ожидании подключения.
Не путайте постоянный пароль с тем, который генерируется автоматически.
Постоянный пароль не кому не когда не сообщайте, это тоже самое, что и пароль от электронной почты или аккаунта где-нибудь в Яндекс.Деньгах. используйте этот пароль, только тогда, когда Вам нужно подключится к своему ПК, а если хотите впустить другого человека в гости, сообщайте ему пароль, который генерирует сама программа, а после завершения сеанса генерируйте новый.
Теперь вы можете подключаться к своему ПК со своим уникальным паролем, единственное, что нужно запомнить – это сой ID.

Внимание!
64 битная версия программы TeamViewer не работает.
Будут неразрешенные зависимости. Которые нет возможности установить.
Поэтому на 64 битную Ubuntu ставим 32 битную версию TeamViewer.Если у Вас Ubuntu 14.04 64 битная, то нужно перед установкой программы TeamViewer установить данную зависимость:sudo apt-get install libxtst6:i386 libxrandr2:i386
Для Ubuntu можно загрузить с официального сайта deb пакет, скачать его, кликнуть по нему и установить через Центр приложений в Ubuntu .
Либо открыв терминал и выполнить следующие команды:
Переходим в папку tmp:
cd /tmpТеперь скачиваем в неё 32 битную версию (также работает на 64 бит):
wget http://download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_linux.debНу и теперь устанавливаем программу:
sudo dpkg -i teamviewer_linux*.debВот и всё.
Если возникнут проблемы с зависимостями, то выполните следующую команду в терминале:
sudo apt-get install -f
Программа установится, и можно теперь открыть её из главного меню Dash.
После первого открытия вам нужно принять лицензию:
После чего откроется основное:
Слева будут заданы Ваш ID и Пароль.
Пароль можно изменить, задав свой.Чтобы подключиться к удаленному компьютеру введите ID компьютера к которому хотите подключиться, есть тестовый сеанс, для того чтобы к нему подключиться введите ID — 12345.
Пройдемся по основным настройкам:
Заходим в Дополнительно — Опции.
На вкладке «Основное» можно изменить Прокси, если у Вас соединение устанавливается через прокси сервер.
Также можно разрешить Входящие соединения в локальной сети.И вторая по важности вкладка «Удаленное управление». Здесь можно либо задать качество. Если у Вас медленное соединение Интернет, то выбирайте «Оптимизировать скорость», либо методом проб введите «пользовательские настройки».
Также можете пройтись по остальным настройкам и настроить на свое усмотрение.
Достаточно важное замечание:
TeamViewer бесплатна для личного использования.
Для коммерческого использования требуется купить полную версию
продукта. В полной версии отсутствует всплывающее при каждом соединении
окно, возможен запуск на серверных операционных системах, возможна
настройка клиентских модулей (логотип компании и индивидуальное
приветствие)Почему советую именно эту программу использовать в домашних условиях, потому что бесплатна и проста в использовании.
Особенно, если ваш оппонент не особо разбирается в компьютерах, то без проблем сможет установить её (из личного опыта), а вы сможете подключиться к его девайсу и помочь ему.
