V3.1 Anniversary Event
The V3.1 Anniversary Event (officially called the Party Bash Update) was a limited time event on Kaiju Paradise. It began on March 31st, 2023 and ended on April 21st, 2023.
The update featured a new limited-time Gootraxian, a new currency, a new crate, new skins, and a slightly edited map.
Contents
Gootraxians
This update featured 1 new Gootraxian, the Partyena. It is a hyena-type Gootraxian that could be acquired by wearing a party hat dropped from Party Gifts and Piñatas throughout the event.
After the event concluded, Partyena is no longer available in public servers. However, Partyena is still available via VIP server commands, provided that the user has unlocked it in their bestiary.
Similar to previous events, Gootraxians that spawned had a chance to be automatically equipped with a plastic party hat. When the character wearing the hat took damage, confetti particles would explode out of them and a kazoo sound effect would play.
If a player wearing a plastic party hat died, the hat could fall off their head and be equipped by another player; similar to a transmogrifying object. However, the party hat was purely cosmetic and had no effect other than visual and sound effects. The plastic party hat could only be unequipped by death. Hazmat Suits do not prevent the player from picking up a plastic party hat.
Currency
This update added the YOW!! currency, which was used to buy Party Crates. However, you could only see the number of YOW!! you have in your profile, under Party Count.
YOW!! would be found in randomly spawning gifts across the map, or by breaking a piñata which had a chance of replacing a gift (it took around 27 seconds for them to disappear).

Party Gifts
Party Gifts could be found in random areas around the map; you only needed to step on it to open it. Opening one could result in numerous outcomes, the most common being the anniversary currency, YOW!! .
Gifts dropped anywhere between 2-5 YOW!! tickets with each ticket being worth 1-3 .

Occurrences
Instead of dropping YOW!! , Party Gifts would occasionally drop one of the items below:
- 8-10 Banana peels
- 1-4 Bloxy Colas
- Random weapons (Taser, Bat, Pipe, Knife)
- Transmogrifying Partyena Party hats
- Activated or placeable Landmines
- A miniature Kawaii Shork plush
- Strange Crystal Consumption (this only applies to slime Gootraxians)
- Diamond crates (3/1000 chance [1] or ~0.29 in percentages)
- Nightcrawler Goggles [2] (1/1350 chance [3] or ~0.07 in percentages + 2 hour cooldown) [4]
Piñata
There was a chance that a Piñata would spawn in place of a Party Gift. Hitting a Piñata would cause it to grow in size; larger Piñatas indicated more damage dealt. After a Piñata had accumulated 400 damage, it would explode into a flurry of YOW!! and drop a few Partyena party hats. If a Piñata was not destroyed within 8 minutes and 20 seconds (500 seconds), it would despawn without dropping anything.
YOW!! tickets dropped from the Piñata were worth 3-6 each, The total amount of YOW!! tickets dropped from a Piñata scaled based on the amount of players in a server. Piñatas destroyed in servers with 30+ players would drop around 400-500 total.

Crates & Skins
The only crate added was the Party Crate. It costs 1337 to purchase one.

Map
This Event added various changes to the Map, some being new and some returning from the 3.1 Hallows Eve Event.
Areas
Various rooms and areas have been changed or edited for this Event.
- The Bathroom Stalls and Elevators have been completely blocked off and filled with snow.
- As of late, both locations are no longer obstructed by terrain and can once again be freely traversed.
- These snow blockades were most likely removed due to Ghost Foxes being able to teleport through the barrier with the Lightning Lunge ability, making it virtually impossible for other players to reach them.
- This has caused the entire place to be dimmed, with glowsticks being used to light up specific areas.

Trivia
- If you collected a Diamond crate from a Party Gift, text at the bottom of the screen will say the following: » You collected a rare Diamond crate, you may open it at Abble’s shop.»
- YOW!! tickets dropped by Piñatas were worth 6-9 each when the event was first added to KP.
- Skins available from the Party Crate can be sold for only 1,250 each. For comparison, other legendary skins can be sold for 7,500 each.
- However, combining two skins from the Party Crate will grant the player a normal legendary skin with its normal sell value.
- All skins from the Party Crate have the same Swing and Hit sound effects.
- Some Party Gift items can only be released if the gift opener is a human, these items would be the bloxy colas and random weapons.
- The Kawaii Shork plush released from a party gift takes about 3 minutes to disappear.
- One of the doors connecting the Gas Area and the Flooded Area had snow blocking the majority of the space in front of the door, making it difficult to be opened by a player.
- However, it was still possible to use, although not recommended if being chased by other players.
