Разоблачение проекта

Плавно подходим к детальному рассмотрению проекта. Для начала стоит обратить внимание на заявления о регистрации компании. И здесь стоит сразу выделить несколько моментов. У проекта есть сразу несколько сайтов, основной — PLC Ultima и второй, продвигающий приложение для майнинга UltimaFarm . И оба проекта говорят о принадлежности разным компаниям, а именно:

1. Основной сайт принадлежит некой PLC TECHNOLOGY LTD, зарегистрированной на Кипре.
2. Второй ООО “ПЛАТИНЭКС”, зарегистрированной в Грузии.

На самих сайтах, конечно же, никаких документов и подтверждений реального существования компаний нет. Но можно проверить существование по официальному реестру стран. И в реестре Грузии компании ООО “ПЛАТИНЭКС” я не нашел . А вот компания PLC TECHNOLOGY LTD на Кипре действительно зарегистрирована 3 ноября 2021 года. Т.е. фактически организация существует меньше года. Но при этом данных о том, чем занимается компания, и вообще имеет ли она отношение к этому сайту — нет.

На самом проекте нет никаких документов, информации о компании, ее деятельности, и вообще особо ничего, что могло бы как-то рассказать детально о том, во что я должен вложить свои деньги.

Более того разрешений, лицензий и других документов также нет.

Но есть и другой момент, у проекта имеются собственные мобильные приложения , которые работают, опубликованы в Play Market и AppStore . При этом их уже скачало более 100 тысяч человек и подавляющее большинство отзывов — положительны. Это говорит или о том, что создатели вкладывают большие деньги в рекламу и накрутку, или же, что проект пока еще работает.

Но есть и обратная сторона. Работа проекта построена вокруг некой криптомонеты PLCU. Причем она, на удивление, даже торгуется на биржах. Очень часто мошенники пытаются продавать монеты, которые даже до листинга не дошли. Зато вот курс этой монеты постоянно скачет , причем невероятно сильно. Например, если посмотреть график за последнюю неделю, то можно увидеть, что монета около 20 раз за 7 дней дорожала и дешевела примерно вдвое. Если посмотреть график за месяц, то можно увидеть снижение цены в 3,5 раза . А если посмотреть динамику курса за все время, то можно увидеть, что стоимость монеты сейчас в 3 раза меньше, чем на момент листинга, при этом начиная с апреля месяца цена упала примерно на 94 процента , или же почти в 17 раз.

А проблема в том, что монета никак не подкреплена. Это просто очередной безымянный мусорный токен, который не имеет никакого веса. Цена его зависит исключительно от спроса, а он создается искусственно её владельцами. И в любой момент стоимость может достигнуть нуля просто потому, что они решат курс достаточно большим, чтобы продать остатки своих токенов, заработать на этом и закрыть проект навсегда.

Возможные потери на проекте

Потери на проекте будут зависеть от того, сколько вы решите вложить. Фактически это может быть сумма от 0 до бесконечности.

Вывод о проекте

На мой взгляд перед нами обычная финансовая пирамида в новом обличии, которая зарабатывает за счет инвесторов. Вкладывая деньги в этот проект вы скорей всего просто потеряете их и не более того. Конечно попробовать торговать этой монетой на бирже никто вам не запрещает. Это в целом может принести какой-то доход, причем возможно и достаточно большой. Но инвестировать в сам проект, устанавливать приложения и пытаться зарабатывать внутри этой пирамиды я бы точно не стал.

Однако «прекрасное завтра» не наступает, а Алекс Рейнхардт и его команда продолжают обогащаться за счет доверчивых хомяков. На независимых ресурсах и форумах опубликованы десятки негативных отзывов о ПЛС Ультима. Платформу обвиняют в воровстве денег и продаже шиткоинов. Судя по многочисленным отзывам забрать свои средства из лохотрона никому так и не удалось.

Исключительно сообщениями со знаком «минус» заполнены и комментарии сообщества Ultima Farm в Телеграм-каналах и социальной сети ВКонтакте. Разводилы продолжают рассказывать о перспективах их проекта, но не могут ответить клиентам, которые столкнулись с проблемами при выводе средств.

Заключение

PLC Ultima — мошеннический проект, в рамках которого пользователям впаривают шиткоины под видом перспективного токена. Однако администрация лохотрона умалчивает о том, что клиенты не гарантированно получают коины, а лишь участвуют в митинге.

И судя по многочисленным отзывам, обогащаются от них только создатели скам-лотереи. Простые пользователи только теряют время и свои деньги.

How Many PLC Ultima (PLCU) Coins Are There in Circulation?

$PLCU was created as a token for everyday use with a maximum supply of 11,000,000 coins. PLC Ultima does not compete with its users for liquidity, but instead burns 100% of its coins. The company also freezes 50% for 1 year, and 30% is stored in users’ wallets without participating in farming.

Due to the slowdown in the production rate and the decrease in the number of farms, the production of coins diminishes every month, which benefits the relationship of the community with PLC Ultima and contributes to price stability.

By withdrawing coins from circulation, PLC Ultima pursues the following goals:

A gradual decrease in the volume of cryptocurrency on the market, which leads to the formation of a deficit, which has a positive effect on PLCU rate;

And additional protection of the network from spam.

PLC Ultima claims that burning coins is a transparent and safe solution. As for the PLC Ultima blockchain, it burns 1% of each transaction.

How Is the PLC Ultima Network Secured?

PLC Ultima approaches the issue of network security with great responsibility, taking complex decisions, such as:

Reliable blockchain. The PLC Ultima team chose Litecoin (LTC) as the basis, for it claims that it is a flexible, fast, secure and rapidly evolving blockchain that combines stability, attack resistance and support for segregated witness and atomic transactions.

Hash function. CryptoNight is a hash function of the Ultima PLC project. This option eliminates the use of third-party software for mining and attacks, and at the same time guarantees block protection, excluding the use of specialized mining equipment.

Encryption on mobile devices. The use of hacking tools becomes impossible due to the 6-digit PIN code and the modified wallet encryption algorithm on the devices. An additional layer of security is provided with the option of fingerprint or Face ID access.

On top of that, smart contracts between users and Ultima PLC guarantees the transfer of coins to a user’s wallet, but only if all the conditions of the platform are met. At the same time, smart contracts are stored on the blockchain and can be checked/viewed at any time.
