Impossible Finance Buy-back Protection Program

At Impossible Finance, we want to set the tone for what Launchpads should be. We prioritize our community, first and foremost, and aim to find the best crypto opportunities for you and at the same time try to protect you against risks.

Users who stake into the Launchpad Pools can access the downside protection when participating in Impossible IDO #21. Eclipse Fi is confident in their abilities to grow the project and has pledged to Buy-Back your ECLIP tokens at a price of US$0.075 (100% protection) covering 1 week after TGE. This means that you can opt-in to sell back the amount of ECLIP tokens purchased during the public sale, thus limiting potential downside price risk of ECLIP during the ‘Opt-in Time Window’ 22/12/2023 — 29/12/2023. The execution of the refund will happen during the ‘Refund Time Window’ for those users that chose to opt-in. Key details below.

Mechanism: How can you access the program?

Buy-back #1 — Unlocked Tokens

To participate in the buy-back #1 for unlocked ECLIP tokens, users MUST opt-in on the Claim page on the Impossible Finance platform. Then, during the Buy-back Period (aka “Refund Window”), users are able to complete the process via OpenSwap’s feature called “Buy-back Queue”.

The feature is audited by CerTik, and transparent on-chain for users to see the buy-back protection. You can read more about the mechanism here.

Buy-back #2 — Locked Tokens

To participate in the buy-back #2 for locked ECLIP tokens, users MUST opt-in on the Claim page on the Impossible Finance platform. Once doing so, eligible wallets will receive their tokens during the «Buy-back Period (aka “Refund Window”)» 5/01/2024 — 12/01/2024

Users will only be able to opt-in for the buy-back during the period of 22/12/2023 — 29/12/2023. Once the buy-back opt-in period ends, users will no longer be able to swap their locked ECLIP tokens for stablecoins and must see their ECLIP tokens to maturity.

Buyback Eligibility Terms and Conditions

Users who are eligible for the buy-back program consist of “eligible users” who are users whose wallet addresses participated in the Token Sale. Under the Program, eligible users can only sell back the tokens, which were bought during the Token Sale and held at the same wallet address used in the Token Sale (“Sale Wallet”) until the Buy-Back Valid Time.

To clarify, users who are NOT eligible for the buy-back program consist of:

Users who transferred their tokens to any Centralized Exchange (“CEX”) or Decentralized Exchange (“DEX”)
Users who have transferred their tokens out of the Sale Wallet

Unless otherwise provided by the scenarios above, the tokens that have been sold or transferred out of the Sale Wallet are not eligible for buy-back under the Program. For example, if $100 of tokens were bought in the Token Sale and only $40 were held until the Program starts, only $40 can be sold back in the Program (assuming the tokens are fully unlocked).

Impossible Finance and the project team reserve the right to modify the eligibility conditions before the buy-back valid time period, and will notify the community if so modified. Eligible users may contact the Impossible Finance team if they believe there is any error in the number of tokens they could sell back under the Program.

Note that OpenSwap may charge users a small fee to complete the buy-back process.

Impossible Finance имеет всего два токена. IF — Первый появившийся токен. Представляет собой токен управления. Вторым токеном является IDIA. У него более интересная для пользователей цель — он обеспечивает аллокацию в проходящих IDO на Impossible Finance. Следующее, например, пройдет 25 Августа. Интересно, что первоначально для участия в IDO использовался IF. Оба этих токена вы можете приобрести на PancakeSwap.finance.

Основные функции платформы

Здесь мы разберем основные функции, которые нам предоставляет Impossible FInance. Сразу стоит сказать, что работают они в сети Binance Smart Chain.

Invest

Рассмотрим первую функцию “Invest”. На самом деле, все достоинство площадки кроется как раз в ней. Эта функция предоставляет возможность участвовать в IDO, проходящих на Impossible Finance. Здесь мы можем увидеть четыре вкладки:

Live — IDO, проходящие в реальном времени;
Upcoming — предстоящие IDO;
Closed — уже прошедшие IDO;
Participated — прошедшие IDO, в которых вы принимали участие.

Если вы хотите поучаствовать, вам необходимо выбрать Upcoming, затем предстоящее IDO.

Рассмотрим на примере уже прошедшего IDO.

В левой части проходим KYC. Когда его подтвердят там же можно застейкать токены IDIA.

Когда вы застейкали токены вам остается только подержать их до определенного срока, после вам сообщат вашу аллокацию и токены можно вывести.

После того как вы узнали свою аллокацию, вы можете купить токены. Делается это, как правило, за BUSD.

На следующий день вы можете забрать эти токены делать с ними что хотите, например продать на бирже, на которой залистится токен.

Trade

Здесь мы можем увидеть простой обменник в сети BSC. Все просто — коннектим кошелек, например Metamask, выбираем и свапаем токены.

Также в настройках можно выставить слипаемость и максимальное время выполнения транзакции.

Earn

В этой вкладке мы можем заработать на комиссиях других пользователей, предоставив ликвидность. Для этого нужно нажать “Add Liquidity”.

Теперь выбираем обменную пару, ликвидность к которой и предоставим. Каждой монеты в паре должно быть предоставлено в равном количестве. Отдаем токены и взамен получаем LP — токены ликвидности. Чем их больше, тем большая часть комиссий пользователей будут вам капать.

Migration

По сути бесполезный для новых пользователей раздел. Здесь можно обменять имеющиеся у вас токены STAX на токен IF.

Будущее проекта

Начать стоит того, что у Impossible Finance большое количество инвесторов, которых мы перечисляли выше.

Но помимо инвесторов этот проект обладает тем, что позволяет любым пользователям принимать участие в проходящих токенсейлах, как богатым, так и не очень. И никаких вайтлистов на 100 участников, а ведь это популярная практика в последнее время. Все это и есть главное преимущество, что позволит платформе обрести неплохую популярность среди пользователей, ведь абсолютно каждый может поучаствовать.

Также на сайте можно ознакомиться с дорожной картой проекта. Пока что известно, что нас ждут многоцепочные кошельки, обменники и прочие DeFi, а также новый тип IDO — самоподдерживающиеся.

Impossible Finance Launchpad

The Launchpad is divided into 4 (5 with KYC for first-joiners) Periods:

KYC Period
Subscription Period
Allocation Period
Purchase Period
Claim Period

KYC Period:

Users can KYC anytime during the entire IDO timeline, but will not be able to stake until their KYC is completed. This process requires that you hold at least 25 IF or 50 IDIA in your wallet.

If you already passed KYC on one wallet, you can use the SAME wallet on any future IDOs without having to pass KYC again.

Subscription Period:

First, you need to stake your IDIA Tokens to determine how much Allocation of the Token being sold you get to buy. We will monitor your IDIA Stake balance over a certain amount of days, variable according to each project/IDO.

The more & longer you stake, the more allocation you get, as explained below in Point 2.

Allocation Period:

Once the IDIA Token staking period is over, the smart contract will be calculating each user’s token allocation for a given amount of time, varying with each project.

Purchase Period:

Once the Subscription Period is over & your Allocation calculation is done, you will be able to purchase your Tokens using BUSD. This phase will last a limited amount of time so that people from different time zones do not need to stay up late, but do remember to purchase within the window!

Please be aware! If you do not purchase your Allocation during the Purchase Period, you automatically forfeit your allocation and will not be able to buy it afterward!

Claim Period:

Once the Purchase period has finished and the pool has been created, you can claim the tokens and proceed to transfer them to your wallet. The Claim Period has no end, you can Claim your tokens whenever you want.

Note that some IDOs are Airdropped, in which case there is no need to Claim the tokens. In this case, the tokens will be automatically transferred to your wallet if you have Purchased them during the Purchase Period.

2.How is Allocation calculated?

3 components are used in our Allocation Calculation:

User Weight = how much you stake + how long you stake -> The amount increases the value of your weight per minute of staking
Total Weight = Everyone’s summed Weight value
Sale Amount = How many tokens are we selling

So the whole Formula is:

Allocation = (User Weight / Total Weight) * Sale Amount

So, in other words:

If you stake 1 IDIA — per block (~3 seconds) your User Weight is being increased by 10.

Now, if you stake 2 IDIA — per block your User Weight is being increased by 20.

So, let’s say you stake 1 IDIA for 10 blocks + 2 IDIA for 10 blocks, so, at Block 20 your User Weight will be 100 (10 blocks * 10 value) + 200 (10 blocks * 20 value) = 300 User Weight.

So, the more you stake AND the longer you stake the more User Weight you’ll have!

3.Is there a minimum of IDIA that I need to stake?

No minimum IDIA is required for staking.

However, the allocation is proportional to each user’s staking amount, the more time and amount that you stake, the more allocation you get, as explained in Point 2.
