После того как почту подтвердили аккаунт снова открыт, вы так же можете снова подписываться и отписываться, и так каждый раз как вам заблокируют аккаунт снова. На личном примере скажу что у меня есть аккаунт и как только кончается подписка его заново блочат, я создаю новый email и снова проделываю то же самое. Пользуйтесь пока не пофиксили. Нашел все сам совершенно случайно я даже очень этому удивился
