Как за 15 минут получить перманентный бан на eBay по советам самого eBay

О том, как eBay советует регистрировать второй аккаунт, а позже дает перманентный бан без права восстановления.

Примерно 26 июня, автор сей статьи вспоминает про свой давний, некогда бывший востребованным для покупок аккаунт на eBay. И решает снова после переезда подарить немного комиссии площадке Ebay, немного НДС Грузии и немного радости себе.

Вспомним, что в свете недавних событий, когда Россия решила причинять добро силой, маркетплейс заблокировал все российские аккаунты.

Причём даже при переезде в другую страну вы не можете сменить адрес на новый.

Вечер был слишком хорош для долгого ожидания ответа от поддержки по поводу смены адреса. Поэтому в ходе быстрого поиска был найден один любопытный вариант. Официальная группа eBay Вконтакте («у них даже галочка есть, серьёзные люди» — подумалось в тот момент) дала ответ на похожий вопрос.

И вот вы уже понимаете, к чему всё идёт 🙂 Настало время задуматься, в какой момент жизнь повернула не туда… На самом деле запрет регистрации вторых аккаунтов был известен, но желание технаря купить себе новую игрушку — страшная сила. Да и официальные ответы представителей eBay в ВК притупляют бдительность. Не повторяйте подобных ошибок.

После регистрации нового аккаунта, буквально через пару минут мы уже можем любоваться множеством пугающих сообщений о блокировке.

И вот мы дошли до кульминации. Деваться некуда. Идем в поддержку, описываем ситуацию как есть, ждём ответа. Наивный читатель может подумать, что поддержка должна помогать своим пользователям, особенно если они приходят с деньгами. Но не в случае с eBay.

В итоге после просьбы разобраться в ситуации и помочь, мы получаем ответ о том, что аккаунт заблокирован навсегда и сервис прекращает с вами сотрудничество. А вдобавок заблокирует и остальные связанные с текущим аккаунты.

Несмотря на то, что это самый отвратительный сервис и поддержка, которые мне встречались. «Никита from eBay», спасибо тебе за поднятое настроение, это был ещё и самый неожиданный ответ, который я получал.

Мой опыт в разблокировке аккаунта на eBay! ⁠ ⁠

Всем привет, мое имя Артем, начал заниматься eBay около года назад. Все как обычно — регистрация, регистрация пайпал, аккаунт ебей, так как я из Украины, то для посредника PayPal выбрал наиболее подходящий вариант — western bid( не реклама). Опыта в торговле на тот момент у меня совершенно не было. Накупил различного хлама совковые фотоаппараты, объективы, различные совковые медальки, значки, мой бюджет был около 1000грн(примерно на тот момент около 40$), но большая часть покупки это был орден великой отечественной войны за 450 грн( +- 20$). В общем набрал этого хлама, думаю пора стартовать.

Выставил тот самый орден, за который написал выше и ушел в блокировку.. Я думаю многие сталкивались с этим.. Выставил орден за 45$ + 7$ за доставку.

Сразу забил тревогу.. Так как денег было не особо и лишними эти 40$ в тот момент я не считал..
Начал узнавать как можно что-то с этим сделать, обращался в различные группы, писал, звонил.
Везде 1 и тот же ответ — давай денег, помогу.. Вышел на человека, которого все называют Биро(возможно это его имя) звонок с этим человеком в ebay стоит около 30$ на тот момент. Но я так же увидел бесплатную функцию на вестернбиде(посредник пайпал в Украине) — бесплатный звонок с переводчиком. В общем потратил я на эти звонки 9 дней своей жизни. Всего было 3 звонка. через какой то промежуток времени.

Первый раз мне ответили, что аккаунт не подлежит восстановлению. Второй раз сказали, что мне перезвонят с ебея, чтобы я подтвердил все свои данные, но никто не перезвонил. Третий раз тот же самый ответ — ваш аккаунт заблокирован навсегда. В общем я просто забросил эту затею.

Примерно через 4 месяца я снова решил попытать удачу. И каким то образом мне человек, которого я совершенно не знаю, но он состоит в одной из групп по ебей продажам в вайбере пишет такое слова — а зачем ты кого то ищешь как разблокировать аккаунт если это делается намного проще? и кидает мне ссылку на группу Ebay Global в фейсбуке!

Я написал им, они попросили скинуть им мои данные — логин, мыло, то чем я хочу торговать, что было в первом лоте из-за чего я поймал блок, паспорт. Ровно через сутки я получаю ответ -поздравляем Ваш аккаун разблокирован!
И я снова начинаю торговлю, для этих целей сделал канал на ютубе — waytolyam, стараюсь рассказывать именно то как оно есть, не создавая что то сложное из этого! Потому что все намного проще, чем кажется!

Why your account was restricted or suspended

We usually place restrictions or suspensions on accounts for the following reasons:

• You may have eBay selling costs that you need to pay
• You may need to reimburse eBay for a refund we paid to your buyer
• You may need to resolve a buyer’s issue, or upload tracking information
• You may have violated one of our rules or policies
• We haven’t been able to verify your account information
• We suspect your account may have been accessed by a third party

How to have your account reinstated

Getting your account reinstated may be as simple as waiting for a temporary suspension to end, making changes to your listings, or sending us some more information – it depends on the reason your account was restricted or suspended. All the details will be in the message we’ve sent you.

If your account was restricted or suspended because you need to pay outstanding selling costs or reimburse eBay for a refund to a buyer, you can make a one-time payment to resolve the issue. Once we receive your payment your account will be reinstated.

To make a one-time payment:

1. Go to Payments in My eBay — opens in new window or tab or Seller Hub — opens in new window or tab .
2. Select One-time payment to make a payment. Alternatively, you can add a new payment method.

If eBay doesn’t currently manage your payments, you may also need to complete seller registration before your account can be fully reinstated.

Tip
Most account restrictions or suspensions can be resolved by making a one-time payment, or by following the steps we gave you in the email in your Messages.

What happens while an account is restricted or suspended

Depending on the reason for the restriction or suspension, you may not be able to:

• bid, buy, or sell
• leave feedback
• create new listings or revise existing listings
• contact bidders
• reply to your eBay messages
• update your personal information

If you’re a seller, your payouts may be placed on hold until the restriction or suspension on your account is lifted. Read more about why we may put payments on hold.

Depending on why your account was restricted or suspended, we may end listings early. If we remove listings because of a policy violation, your eligibility for fee credits will depend on the situation, and any previous policy violations will be taken into account.
